Bungalow Fees
We strive to provide you and your roommates with a great living experience and that means being transparent with our pricing.
Service fee
$150* per month which includes Wi-Fi, smart TV, common area furnishings and kitchen essentials. Plus, access to credit building and cosigner alternatives.
Cleaning fee
Cleaning fees will be billed and split equally among all residents in each home. No individual resident will be responsible for cleaning costs greater than $50 per person.
Utilities
Utilities include water, gas, electricity and trash. You'll only pay for the exact amount that your home uses. Bungalow will take care of splitting those costs evenly between you and your roommates.
